Frogfishes:

Since the movie “Finding Nemo” many people imagine frogfishes as a monster in the depth of the sea. In the film, deep sea anglerfish was used as an example, who lives in 200m to 4000m depth and are 6cm to 1.20m long. bottlenose dolphins

Yesterday we had an attraction shortly before seasons begin…three bottlenose dolphins. Our divers and snorkelers were accompanied the whole day by the dolphins in the Coraya Bay where the dolphins had fun playing with the divers and snorkelers. Wonderful photos were captured of the event that we would like to share. We would like to thank our photographer Ebrahim Hamdy for the memorable photos.

Dive Con Specialist und Instructor Training Kurs

From November 26 to December 8 at Coraya Divers in Marsa Alam a Dive Con Specialist and Instructor Training Course (ITC) was conducted by Instructor Trainer Nino Faranda.

During the course, the candidates were taught how to train potential divers in the classroom, pool and open water. But not only that, issues such as  the legal aspects of diving, career opportunities, the dive business, marketing and teaching of training courses as Nitrox, buoyancy or Stress & Rescue were also taught during the ITC.

Some of the current instructors take the opportunity of the ITC to continue and enhance their diving education.
